Return and Refund Policy

General Policy

Thanks for shopping at Farmhub.  

We want you to love Farmhub products and we strive to ensure an exceptional customer experience. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email us at farmhuber@gmail.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at farmhuber@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns  

We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered.

Due to the nature of our product, return and refund requests will be entertained on a case-by-case basis within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of shipment, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, and must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

Wrong item received   

We apologize if you received a product different from the one that you ordered. Please email us at farmhuber@gmail.com and we’ll make sure to replace you with the product you ordered.  

Damaged or defective items   

We apologize if you have received an item that is damaged or defective. We understand how frustrating this can be and will try our best to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe the item is defective, please email us at farmhuber@gmail.com, tell us exactly what the defect(s) is, and we will advise what to do next.  

Item not received   

We apologize if you have not received your item. To receive a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 15 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been shipped.  

Mistaken returns  

Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.  

If you accidentally sent the wrong item to us, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us.  

Shipping Cost of returning items   

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrongly sent.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For orders with free shipping, a shipping cost of P200 will be incurred and deducted from the refund amount. 

Late or missing refunds  

There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If your refund does not show in your bank account after your refund request is accepted, we recommend you to contact your bank.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that have been used, opened and  are no longer in its original packaging or not in the same condition as when you received it are not eligible for returns.
