Sobrang healthy kahit mapadami ang kain d mabigat sa tyan. Low glycemic index talaga ang alternative na rice nato. Nkadalawang beses na akong umorder nagustuhan ko kasi bagong ani yung adlai at d masyadong mahal ang kilo. 👍👍👍👍

Tried adlai rice from 6 different sellers. Eto yung cheapest. Malinis, walang amoy, di mabato. Madali isaing. Di matigas. Maliit at consistent yung size. Yung sa ibang store, malalaki kaya matigas isaing, kahit marami na tubig. Bale ang consumption ko sa 1 kilo, 6 days. Kaya 5 kgs per mo.
